Our client is seeking an Engineering Lead - AI Platform to lead a team of engineers building platforms that enables product teams to embed Generative AI into their solutions safely and effectively.

This role requires a solid software engineering background, combined with proven leadership skills to ensure delivery of secure, scalable, and ethical AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and operation of cloud-native platform services, including AI-enabled components.
- Collaborate with Product, Data, Architecture, and Compliance to deliver scalable, AI-capable software solutions.
- Build reusable and composable software components that integrate AI capabilities for cross-team use.
- Drive engineering best practices and operational excellence in production systems.
- Hire, mentor, and develop engineers,



elevating team capability and performance.

What We're Looking For

- 7+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in modern software development practices and cloud-native distributed systems (AWS preferred).
- Experience delivering complex, scalable software solutions, ideally with AI/ML integration.
- Familiarity with AI/ML tools and frameworks (e.g., LLMs, RAG pipelines, LangChain, Hugging Face) is a plus.
- Proven ability to foster a high-performance engineering culture.
