- Provide life-changing advice to lots of new clients.
- Build long-term relationships with Journey clients, mainly high-income professionals and pre-retirees.
- Understand your clients better than ever, by following our process built around our clients' values, intentions, and financial well‑being.
- Focus solely on your clients, as we have the resources and systems across administration, paraplanning and implementation to free up your time and energy for what you're great at.
- Have regular Journey sessions with clients to guide them towards their goals and make choices about how to not just build and preserve wealth, but use it as a resource to truly live.
To be a fit of the role, you must:
- Have great character - that means you're a person of integrity and substance.
- Understand the value of advice (note: it's not the 'strategies' or 'reviews')
- Communicate clearly the value of advice, and be confident charging for it
- Have a history of successfully bringing on new clients.
- Use your time and energy well (being a great adviser isn't enough)
- Be ready to learn—we continually strive to improve our skillset to deliver the best possible experience to clients
Need not apply ifyou don't have:
- Sound technical, investment, and real-world financial knowledge.
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Financial Adviser.
- Degree qualified (CFP highly regarded)
- A track record of success
Remuneration
- $150,000 - $200,000 + Super
- Explicit remuneration program for annual pay rises
