We’re working with a leading technology-driven organization seeking a Platform Engineer to help evolve their cloud infrastructure and support continuous delivery across multiple environments.
You’ll be working in a fast-paced, start-up-like setting within a larger organization, where your input and expertise will genuinely shape the platform and tooling landscape.
- Contract: 12 months (initial, with extensions)
- Location: Sydney / Hybrid (2 days in the office per week)
- Rate: $1000-$1050 inclusive of super
- Start Date: ASAP (2 weeks acceptable)
What You'll Do
- Design, build and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve deployment pipelines and reliability.
- Implement and optimise monitoring and observability using Dynatrace and related tools.
- Develop and maintain high-quality documentation for infrastructure and deployment processes.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to support operational excellence.
What You'll Bring
- Proven hands-on experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
- Strong practical knowledge of Kubernetes in production environments.
- Familiarity with Dynatrace for monitoring and performance management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to produce clear, concise technical documentation.
- Experience with GCP (preferred), AWS or Azure environments
- CI/CD pipeline development and automation experience.
- Background in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.
