The Opportunity

This is a career-defining Senior Manager opportunity within the growing Business Services & Advisory team. You’ll lead significant client engagements, partner with business owners on strategic matters, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future growth of the division. Key Responsibilities

- Lead a diverse portfolio of complex clients including SMEs, private family groups and HNWIs
- Drive business advisory consulting across structuring, strategy and tax planning
- Oversee delivery of complex financial statements, tax returns and technical reviews
- Mentor, coach and develop a high-performing team of accountants and emerging leaders
- Manage workflow, budgets, and client expectations at a strategic level




- Contribute to business development and build external networks
- Collaborate with Partners on firmwide initiatives and practice growth

What We’re Looking For

- CA/CPA qualified with extensive public practice experience
- Strong advisory background with proven ability to lead complex engagements
- Commercial thinker with a track record of driving client growth
- Exceptional leadership skills with a passion for developing others
- Strategic, solution-focused and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
