St Vincent de Paul Society Victoria is seeking an organised and detail-oriented Lease Administration Assistant to join our Property & Fleet team. Working closely with the Leasing Manager, you will provide administrative support across a diverse property portfolio including retail stores, offices, warehouses and community housing. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to develop a career in property.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining lease and property records
- Updating lease management systems and databases
- Processing rent, outgoings and utility invoices
- Coordinating utility connections and disconnections
- Assisting with lease documentation and reporting
- Liaising with landlords, agents and service providers
- Providing administrative support across the Property & Fleet team

About you
You will bring:
- Previous administration experience, ideally in property, real estate, facilities management or a similar industry
- An understanding of reading and interpreting property leases and documentation.
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
