We are seeking a proactive and highly organisedExecutive Assistantto play a key role in supporting our leadership team.

This is a wide-ranging and fast-paced position that combines executive support, office coordination, stakeholder engagement, and event management.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a professional environment, enjoys taking ownership, and can confidently manage competing priorities.

You will be a trusted partner to senior leaders and an integral part of a collaborative team committed to delivering exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

+ Provide professional, efficient and confidential administrative support to our leadership team.

+ Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements,



meetings and related logistics for leaders and staff.

+ Coordinate day-to-day office operations, including facilities, maintenance, building management, supplies, safety and utilities.

+ Act as a central point of contact for management and employees, building strong working relationships across the business.

+ Support the coordination of executive and board-level visits, including scheduling, travel and event arrangements.

+ Reconcile expense claims, credit card statements, purchase orders and accounts payable activities.

+ Organise and coordinate client, employee and corporate events, ensuring successful delivery within budget and timeframe requirements.

+ Compile monthly reports and board-quality documentation through collaboration with stakeholders across the business.

+ Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and support a growing organisation.
About You
You will bring solid experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting senior leaders within a busy and professional environment.

You have exceptional organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of service.

Advanced Microsoft Office skills are essential, along with demonstrated experience coordinating complex schedules, travel arrangements and executive-level activities.

Experience contributing to process improvement initiatives within a growing business will be highly regarded, while previous exposure to the engineering, professional services,



construction or project delivery sectors would be advantageous.
