Position: AI Engineer Translate business needs into GenAI POCs/MVPs that create measurable value.
Design and configure GenAI agents and workflows using provided frameworks and technical enablers.
Support business and technical framing to secure feasibility, clarity, and architectural alignment.
Build, test, and optimize GenAI prototypes, including agents, prompts, RAG patterns, and orchestrations.
Assemble end-to-end AI workflows using LLM, connectors, APIs, and automation tools.
Collaborate with AI COE, AI factory and Value Streams to refine scope, solve blockers, and ensure reuse of enablers.
Help structure business framing (process, pain points, value, KPIs) managed by Product Owners.
Contribute to technical framing managed by Product Leaders (feasibility, integra on, enablers,architecture).
Support deployment readiness by clarifying environments, constraints, and integration prerequisites, from GEN AI point of view.
Technical skills GenAI & LLM expertise: prompt engineering, RAG, evaluation.
Agen c & orchestration frameworks: templates, boilerplates, low-code AI platforms.
Integra on & automation: APIs, connectors (Jira, Confluence, SAP), workflow tools.
Software engineering basics: coding to adapt agents, workflows, and templates.
Broad understanding of AI techniques beyond GenAI (ML, optimization,), to assess when GenAI is (or is not) the right approach.
Business framing & communica on with non-technical stakeholders.
Collabora on in mul-team environments (AI COE, AI Factory, Value Streams, IT).
