We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Administration Officer to assist with the day to day operational needs of our client in Pemulwuy.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in transport and logistics and be able to demonstrate success as an administrator, be a competent problem solver and robust communicator while displaying strong accuracy and attention to detail.
The purpose of this position is to:
Main Responsibilities:
- Daily customer order entry and processing as per site and contractual requirements
- Ensuring all orders delivered on any given day are supported by Proof of Delivery (POD) and entered into the Company records
- Coordination of administration activities to support operational requirements
- Responding to customer queries and requests as required
- Weekly reconciliation and processing of invoice activities in accordance with required time frames
- Provision of customer reports as per contractual requirements
- Review, confirmation, and authentication of supplier invoices
- Supporting reconciliation of pallets process
- Support stocktaking activities
- Recording customer queries and resolution outcomes
- Other duties as directed by management

- Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume processing environment
- Attention to detail and data entry accuracy
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to provide excellent customer service
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
