Full Job Description We are currently seeking Unloaders & Packers to join our client’s busy FMCG meat processing plant in Wetherill Park, supplying major retailers across Australia.
This is a physically demanding, hands-on role suited to reliable and physically fit candidates who are comfortable working in rapid-paced warehouse and production environments handling raw meat products including pork, lamb, and beef.
About the Role

- Unloading incoming deliveries of raw meat products from trucks
- Packing finished products on production lines
- Manual handling of cartons, crates, and pallets
- Working in cold room environments (PPE provided)
- Supporting general warehouse and production flow as required
- Maintaining strict GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards
Shifts & Pay
- Day Shift: 5:00am – 1:36pm | From $33/hr
- Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm – 10:06pm | From $37/hr
- Full-time hours (38 hours per week)
- Weekly pay cycle
To Be Successful You Will Need
- Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting and manual handling
- Comfortable working in cold environments
- Reliable transport to Wetherill Park site
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work full-time hours (38 per week)
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely at all times




- Experience in warehousing, packing, or food production (highly regarded)
- Full Australian working rights
