HOBAN Recruitment is seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Drivers to join a busy 3PL warehouse operation based in Smeaton Grange, NSW.

This role suits reliable, safety-focused operators who are comfortable working in a quick-paced environment and contributing to daily warehouse operations.

Shift Details

- Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 4:30pm

Key Responsibilities

- Operating Crown joystick high-reach forklifts

- Bulk order picking using RF scanners

- Inbound and outbound duties, including receiving and dispatch

- Replenishments and putaways

- Manual handling up to 25kg

- Working to daily KPIs in a fast-paced environment

About You

- Valid NSW High Risk Work LF licence

- Proven experience operating high-reach forklifts

- Previous warehousing or distribution experience

- Reliable, safety-focused, and able to meet daily targets

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Available to work Monday to Friday
