Play a key role in shaping our performance across our InfraBuild business.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager and based at our Bibra Lake Steel Centre, you will take ownership of our night shift operations, leading a team of warehouse operators to deliver safe, efficient and reliable customer outcomes.

You'll be a visible leader on the warehouse floor, driving performance, building team capability and ensuring the highest standards of safety and operational excellence.

What you will be doing:

- Lead, coach and develop a team of warehouse operators to deliver safe, productive and efficient shift outcomes.

- Drive a proactive safety culture through visible leadership, toolbox talks, audits and compliance activities.

- Coordinate daily warehouse operations, ensuring customer orders are loaded accurately and dispatched on time.

- Monitor shift performance, allocate resources and manage KPIs to achieve operational targets.

- Train and mentor employees, building capability across warehouse processes, equipment and safe work practices.

- Support warehouse operations when required, leading by example alongside your team.

This is a permanent night shift position (:pm-6:am), with an initial training period on day and/or afternoon shift before transitioning to nights.

What you will bring:

- Demonstrated leadership experience within warehousing, logistics, manufacturing or steel distribution.

- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop operational teams in a quick-paced environment.

- A strong commitment to workplace safety and driving a positive safety culture.

- Experience coordinating warehouse operations and achieving operational performance targets.

- Overhead crane experience is highly desirable.

- Forklift licence will be highly regarded.

- Experience using SAP or similar warehouse management systems will be advantageous.
