About The Service

is located on the edge of Sydney University and within walking distance from Redfern Station.

The service offers a welcoming and nurturing space where each child is immersed in a rich tapestry of educationally interactive experiences – including art, craft, literacy,



numeracy, music, dance, song, games, stories & cooking.

The team are proud to have a special interest in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander history and culture which is incorporated into their program.

About The Role

We currently have two opportunities for certificate III qualified educators.

- A permanent full time position working Monday to Friday (8 hours per day) on a rotating roster.

You will be accruing one paid day off every month!
- A permanent part-time working Monday to Wednesday (8 hours per day) on a rotating roster.

There is an option to only work 1 or 2 of these days for the right candidate!

Part-time educators also have access to joining our casual pool if desired.

About The Criteria

Along with relevant working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Frameworks (EYLF) and a sound understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law (2010) and the Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011), you will need:

- An ACCEQA recognised Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- A current and Valid NSW Working with Children Check
- A National Child Safety Training Certificate
- A completed training in Child Protection (CHCPRT025)



and an understanding of the legislation and its implications for the care and protection of children
