We're partnering with a well-established food manufacturer to recruit an experienced Maintenance Electrician for a permanent night shift position.

The Role Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be responsible for ensuring plant reliability by carrying out preventative and breakdown maintenance across a range of automated production and packaging equipment.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Electrical fault finding and breakdown response
- Preventative and planned maintenance
- PLC fault finding (advantageous but not essential)
- Maintaining conveyors, packaging equipment, motors, drives, pumps and production machinery
- Continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime




- Working closely with production to maximise plant performance
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with food manufacturing standards

About You To be successful you will have:

- Current NSW Electrical Licence
- Experience within food, beverage, FMCG, packaging or automated manufacturing
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently on night shift
- A proactive approach to safety and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and team skills
