We're looking for someone who loves hospitality and knows how to lead from the floor.

This role is ideal for someone with strong cafe experience who enjoys creating an exceptional customer experience, keeping service running smoothly and supporting a team during busy shifts.

We're not looking for someone who simply takes orders. We're looking for someone who notices what needs to be done, takes initiative and helps lead by example.

Your Role

- Welcome and engage with customers.
- Run the cafe floor and ensure excellent customer service.
- Coordinate food and drink service.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation throughout the venue.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar.
- Help ensure smooth service during busy periods.

What We're Looking For





- Minimum 2 years' experience in a busy cafe or hospitality venue.
- Previous experience opening, closing or leading shifts is highly regarded.
- Solid leadership and communication skills.
- Able to think ahead and solve problems without constant direction.
- Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
- Reliable, organised and calm under pressure.
- Must be available on weekends.
