About the Role

You will:

- Conduct behaviour assessments and develop Behaviour Support Plans
- Support NDIS participants and their families
- Deliver Positive Behaviour Support interventions
- Collaborate with support teams and stakeholders
- Contribute to meaningful outcomes for people living with disability





About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Is recognised as Proficient or Advanced by the NDIS Commission
- Has strong clinical skills and experience within Positive Behaviour Support
- Is passionate about empowering participants and their support networks
- Can work independently whilst remaining connected to the broader team
- Values flexibility, collaboration and person-centred practice
- Has a drivers licence and a reliable car
