The Commercial Hotel Kingaory is seeking a motivated and established Venue Manager to drive success in this community-focused town. You’ll manage all core operations, overseeing bars, bistro, gaming, entertainment and accommodation. What We're Looking For:

- Proven experience as a Venue Manager or in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Current QLD RSA, RSG, RMLV, Approved Manager, CLO, Gaming Nominee Training (or ability to obtain).
- Ability to build robust relationships within the local community and proactively identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead by example and inspire your team to deliver excellence.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for hospitality.
