This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, forward-thinking team where technical expertise, innovation and strong client relationships are genuinely valued.

You'll work closely with experienced Partners and a diverse portfolio of clients, advising on complex international tax matters while helping shape the continued growth of the practice, additionally, they have a phenomenal culture firm wide!

You'll be involved in both the technical delivery of complex tax advice and the continued development of the practice, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with commercial thinking.
Your role You'll be responsible for:

- Managing end-to-end US and Australian individual tax compliance
- Reviewing and signing off complex US tax returns
- Advising clients on cross-border tax matters and providing practical solutions
- Building strong relationships with clients and becoming a key point of contact
- Managing and developing a growing team,



including onshore and offshore resources
- Improving processes through technology, automation and AI-enabled solutions
- Supporting business development activities and contributing to the growth of the practice
- Working closely with Partners and senior stakeholders

About you:

- Strong experience in US expatriate / cross-border individual tax
- US CPA or Enrolled Agent qualification
- Experience managing client relationships and delivering high-quality advice
- A proactive mindset with the confidence to take ownership
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to technical excellence
- Experience mentoring and developing junior team members
- An interest in innovation, technology and improving how tax services are delivered

Experience with Australian tax is highly regarded, but international candidates with strong US expat tax experience are encouraged to apply.
