THE POSITION

- Craft and serve exceptional specialty coffee every time
- Lead daily café operations, ensuring smooth, productive service
- Train, coach and inspire your team to deliver outstanding service standards
- Manage stock, ordering, rostering and opening/closing procedures
- Build a welcoming, high-energy café environment
- Play a key role in delivering a seamless 5-star customer experience

THE PERSON

- You’re a true coffee professional and natural leader who thrives in busy environments and loves engaging with people.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar senior barista role
- Deep passion for specialty coffee, technique, and continuous learning

- Highly organised with strong operational awareness
- Warm, engaging and customer-focused with impeccable presentation
