About You
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:

- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
- Completion of a Graduate Nurse Program or equivalent
- Desirable, 12 months experience in a Emergency department.
- Knowledge and skills to develop and document a plan of care that reflects the identified needs of the patient, with co ordinating protected effective and efficient discharge planning or transfer.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and respond flexibly to changing clinical priorities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong commitment to person-centred care, cultural safety, and ongoing professional development.
