- Extensive proven experience as a Jira Administrator in a complex enterprise environment.

- Deep technical expertise in configuring Jira workflows, custom screens, custom fields, permission

- schemes, and notification schemes.

- Strong background in RBAC setup, management, and automation within Atlassian products.

- Proven experience in maintaining Jira data quality, alongside advanced dashboarding and reporting

- skills using JQL.

- Familiarity with JIRA integrations, particularly Exalate.

- Hands-on experience integrating Jira with third-party tools, with specific mandatory experience in

- Exalate monitoring and administration.

- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts

- to non-technical stakeholders.
