Nepean Hospital is a teaching hospital that provides tertiary referral services in emergency care, coronary care, diagnostics, gynaecology, paediatric, neonatal intensive care/ICU, maternity, mental health, rehabilitation, and surgery. The Enrolled Nurse provides safe, person-centred care in accordance with established nursing care plans and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, the role contributes to patient assessment, care delivery, accurate documentation, and effective communication to support positive health outcomes and a high standard of care.

Practising within the Enrolled Nurse Standards for Practice, the successful candidate will demonstrate professional accountability, clinical competence, and a commitment to continuous learning.

What you will bring to the role

Current registration to practice as an Enrolled Nurse (Division

- with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Experience and demonstrated skill in Acute Nursing
- Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work
- Demonstrated evidence of being able to provide person centred care
- Demonstrated effective communication skills – written and verbal
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to work a adaptable roster
