About City Cave and the job:

City Cave Mount Gravatt is part of a fast-growing Australia and NZ wide franchise of over 50 locations. City Cave is a multi-service wellness centre that offers our customers an escape from the overstimulated world we live in to find their journey of health. Promoting preventive and proactive services like floatation therapy, infrared saunas, and massage therapy.

We are seeking a hard-working individual to assist in operating our wellness centre.

Some of the things you’ll be doing are:

- Customer service (our number one priority, along with customer experience)
- Booking system management, phone bookings, sales calls
- Preparing and dressing rooms for customers
- Centre tidiness and cleaning
- Selling guests packs

Key skills/values we are looking for are:

- Excellent interpersonal skills & empathy (with a heart for serving others)
- Genuine interest in people, health and wellness
- Ability to work alone and take initiative in a fast-paced setting
- Booking system, CRM, admin and point of sale. Not essential, but very helpful
- Looking to progress (not essential)
- Sales & KPI experience
- Must have availability to work across 7 days between 8am - 9:30pm
- Must have current first aid certificate and CPR

Salary: We pay according to the Miscellaneous Award. Juniors welcome to apply and junior rates will apply as per award conditions.
