$30.00 per hour + 12% Superannuation

- Monday – Friday – 6am – 2:00pm

The Position:

- Prep and cook items from our diverse menus and daily specials, maintaining exceptional standards
- Take responsibility for food production and work across all kitchen stations
- Build strong relationships with both internal and external customers
- Champion allergy awareness and ensure all safety controls are followed
- Manage food costs through portion control, waste reduction, and stock control
- Ensure safe, high-quality food production while adhering to food safety guidelines

The Person:

- Trade qualified Chef




- Ability to work within budgets
- Previous experience working as a sole chef is essential
- A comprehensive knowledge of all kitchen operations
- Be motivated by a passion for quality and great service delivery
- Solid knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
