We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, solid knowledge of beverages, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
- Monitor stock levels and assist with restocking
- Ensure compliance with RSA and liquor licensing laws

Requirements:

- Valid RSA Certificate (mandatory)
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Well-presented, reliable, and a team player
