Responsibilities
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will play a key role in preparing and painting components to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, masking, and other preparation methods.
- Mix and match paints and finishes to achieve required colours and specifications.
- Apply paint and coatings to meet quality and finish requirements.
- Inspect completed work to ensure high-quality results.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
Adhere to all workplace health and safety procedures.

Your Profile
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Certificate III in Automotive Refinishing Technology, Certificate III in Aircraft Surface Finishing, or Certificate III in Automotive Vehicle Body (qualification will be sighted at interview).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- The ability to follow work instructions and procedures.
A willingness to complete a Drug & Alcohol Test and National Police Check following a successful interview.
