Job Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for the appeal policies and procedures for undergraduate and master's students in universities in the Australia, UK, USA, etc., and communicate appeal plans with students.

2. Be responsible for writing full English appeal documents for students, as well as writing communication emails with professors of universities.

3. Cooperate with the product department to complete the case summary and induction of student appeal plans.

Salary

- Part-time: Per-order fee + Bonus

Job Requirements:

1. University study background, familiar with the appeal procedures for students in the UK, USA, and Australia.

2. Relevant work experience is required (appeal document samples need to be provided).

3. Excellent English proficiency

4. Strong communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the requirement to be patient, meticulous, and empathetic.
