Through its renowned stallion operation, Darley, Godolphin is a leader in the global thoroughbred breeding industry, standing some of Australia’s most influential and commercially successful stallions.

The Darley Stallions roster for 2026 consists of 16 stallions, standing across two states at our Kelvinside property in Current South Wales and Northwood Park in Victoria.

We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused NSW Nominations Manager to drive stallion nomination sales growth through strategic management, strong client relationships and industry expertise. Reporting to the Managing Director you will work closely with sales, marketing and stud teams to promote the Darley stallion roster, identify opportunities, deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute nomination sales.
- Build, maintain and grow relationships with breeders, clients and industry stakeholders.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Manage client interactions, sales activity and data.
- Represent Darley/Godolphin at stallion parades, public auctions, industry events, race days, inspections and client meetings.
- Provide market intelligence and customer insights to support sales and marketing.
- Lead, coach and develop team members while fostering a high-performance culture.
- Ensure compliance with company policies,



WHS requirements, animal welfare standards and industry regulations.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Excellent knowledge of the thoroughbred industry, including pedigrees, bloodstock values and breeding principles.
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong commercial acumen, customer focus, and the ability to identify and convert opportunities.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Relevant qualifications in Business, Agriculture, Marketing, Communications or a related area of study (desirable).
- A current driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly, including weekends and after-hours commitments.
