Position: Casual Barista/Floor Staff
Location: Huskisson, NSW
Shifts: Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a smile.
- Take orders, serve food and drinks, and maintain a clean and tidy work environment.
- Assist with general café duties including stock replenishment, cleaning, and setup.
- Support your team to ensure a smooth and efficient café operation.
- Promote a positive, friendly environment that makes every customer feel welcome.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a café or hospitality environment is essential
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- A passion for coffee and creating a great customer experience.
- The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Barista experience is a must
