Mould Busters is a Cheltenham-based mould remediation company specialising in residential and commercial mould removal, remediation and restoration work. We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable and physically capable restoration technician or skilled labourer to join our growing team, working on mould removal, remediation, mould cleaning and subfloor treatment projects across Melbourne.
About the Role:
- Carry out mould removal, mould cleaning and remediation work
- Complete subfloor mould treatments and cleaning
- Assist with restoration and property remediation projects
- Operate cleaning equipment, dehumidifiers and negative air machines
- Prepare work areas and follow safety protocols
- Work both independently and as part of a small, tight-knit team
- Casual position on an ABN basis, with hourly rates ranging from $35–$50/hr depending on experience and skill level
- Opportunity to transition into part-time or full-time employment for the right person
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in restoration, remediation, mould removal, water damage, construction cleaning or related trades
- Physically fit and comfortable working in subfloors and confined spaces
- Robust attention to detail and work ethic
- White Card required, or willing to obtain
- Driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Must be punctual, clean and take pride in quality work
