Role Overview

EIR Labour Hire is seeking a reliable and organised Administration Officer for a leading property restoration company specialising in water, fire, mould and storm damage restoration across NSW. Immediate start available.

Location: Lidcombe, NSW

Pay: $35 - $36 per hour + super

Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 5:00pm

Start date: Immediate start available

Key Responsibilities

- Data entry of technician reports
- Processing internal employee and casual timesheets
- Scheduling restoration jobs and coordinating bookings
- Speaking with customers, insurers and technicians
- General administrative support

What We're Looking For

- Previous administration, customer service or data entry experience is highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Confident phone manner and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
- Positive computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
- Reliable, professional and eager to learn
