Vietnamese Restaurant Group Hiring Kitchen Hands & Catering Assistants – Marrickville and Quay Quarter (Sydney CBD)

We're growing! Our Vietnamese restaurant group is expanding beyond our original Marrickville site with a new venue at Quay Quarter in the Sydney CBD, and we're looking for reliable kitchen hands, kitchen assistants, and catering assistants to join both teams.

The role:
As a kitchen hand/assistant, you'll support our chefs during busy service periods, such as prepping ingredients, plating dishes, keeping the kitchen clean and organised, and pitching in on catering events when needed.



It's a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where no two shifts look the same.

What you'll need:

- At least 2 years' experience working in a commercial kitchen
- Familiarity with Vietnamese cooking is a plus, but not essential
- A hardworking, proactive attitude and positive attention to detail
- Reliability and a genuine willingness to learn
