- JRT Group is kicking off three significant new subdivisions and we’re calling on experienced,



no-nonsense Civil Supervisors ready to make their mark in one of Queensland’s fastest-growing regions.
- This is a rare chance to step into a key leadership role with a respected, family-owned civil business delivering multi-million-dollar civil projects across the Capricorn Coast. You’ll be in the thick of it - planning, leading, and getting your boots dirty on real projects with real outcomes.
- This is not a FIFO/DIDO role. We’re offering long-term, stable work for professionals ready to relocate to paradise and take charge.

WHAT YOU’LL BE LEADING:

- Overseeing large-scale civil subdivisions and projects from the ground up
- Managing crews and subcontractors with a focus on quality, efficiency, and safety
- Driving progress across daily operations and keeping projects ahead of schedule
- Mentoring up-and-coming crew and building the next generation of skilled operators
- Spotting issues before they cost time or money — and solving them fast
- Reporting to project leaders and collaborating across departments

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

- Minimum 2 years supervising in civil construction (subdivisions preferred)
- Comfortable using excavators, skid steers, or similar plant
- A White Card, current driver’s licence, and your own reliable transport
- Solid understanding of plans, drawings, and site specifications
- Natural leadership — sharp on safety, proactive on risk, firm but fair
- Qualifications like Cert IV or S1, S2, S3 and the physical capacity to lead by example
- Strong initiative and the ability to run a crew with minimal oversight
