With a growing presence across Australia and New Zealand, the brand is known for its fashion-led styling and curated collections across apparel, accessories, swimwear, shapewear, and activewear. The Role:

As the Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving sales, exceeding company KPIs, and inspiring a talented sales team. We need a go-getter who thrives working independently and loves styling up a storm. Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading and motivating your team to achieve and surpass sales goals
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, offering personalised styling advice
- Implementing visual merchandising standards to create an engaging and inspiring store environment




- Training and developing your team to ensure exceptional service and performance
- Being the face of the store, providing a memorable shopping experience for every client

Skills & Requirements:

- 2-3 years of experience in retail management, ideally in apparel
- A proven ability to deliver personalised styling experiences and a love for styling up a storm
- Solid communication skills
- Previous experience in concession management is a plus
- High energy and a vibrant personality
- Experience managing budgets and KPIs, and achieving company targets
- Attention to detail with strong visual merchandising skills
