We currently have Associate Dentist opportunities across:
- Queensland: Toowoomba, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Bundaberg, Rockhampton, Gladstone, Townsville and Cairns
- New South Wales: Tamworth, Ballina, Lismore, Wollongong, Goulburn and other regional centres
Depending on the practice and location, these opportunities may offer:
- Established appointment books, including practices with patient waitlists

WHY CONSIDER A REGIONAL OPPORTUNITY?
Many regional practices experience sustained patient demand, allowing capable dentists to build productive appointment books more quickly.
With fewer competing providers and a broader range of patient needs, dentists may also gain greater exposure to restorative, surgical, endodontic, cosmetic and comprehensive care.
Regional does not necessarily mean remote. Many of these opportunities are based in established cities and major regional centres with airports, schools,
healthcare, shopping and other essential services.

You may be a strong fit if you:
- Hold current AHPRA registration or are eligible to obtain general registration
- Have experience in Australian private practice or a comparable overseas dental market
- Provide ethical, patient-centred care
- Communicate confidently and build trust with patients
- Are motivated to develop clinically and professionally
- Are open to relocating for the right opportunity
We welcome experienced dentists, early-career clinicians and eligible overseas-trained dentists.
Australian experience and permanent working rights are preferred for some roles but are not required for every opportunity. Selected practices may offer mentoring, relocation assistance or visa sponsorship.
