Job Description
We are currently looking for enthusiastic and reliable Ice Cream Scoopers / Team Members to join our friendly crew. If you have a passion for desserts, thrive in a quick-paced environment, and love making people's day, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers warmly and providing outstanding, prompt service.
- Scooping and portioning ice cream to standard.
- Explaining menu items and offering great flavor combinations.
- Operating the POS register and handling cash/EFTPOS accurately.
- Maintaining a sparkling clean, safe, and hygienic store environment.
What We Are Looking For:
- An awesome, positive attitude and a love of ice cream!
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a busy, team-oriented environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours,
including weekends, evenings, and school holidays.
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, but on-the-job training is provided!
