We’re Hiring an Experienced Support Coordinator (NDIS) Level 3.

Resilience to Recovery is seeking an experienced and highly capable Support Coordinator to join our team. We are a holistic NDIS provider delivering Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), In-Home Care, Community Participation, and Day Programs. This role supports our existing clients to effectively navigate and maximise their NDIS plans across all service streams, ensuring consistent, high-quality, and coordinated support across home, community, and accommodation settings.

About the Role-

As an experienced Specalist Support Coordinator, you will work closely with participants to ensure their NDIS plans are implemented effectively and their goals are actively progressed. You will coordinate a range of supports including- In-Home Care, SIL, SDA, community participation, and day programs, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and external providers. A key part of this role includes -preparing and submitting high-quality reports for NDIS plan reviews, including progress reports, service summaries, risk updates, and outcome-based documentation that clearly reflects participant goals, supports delivered, and ongoing needs.

This role requires strong coordination ability, attention to detail, and experience working within NDIS reporting requirements and review processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support our clients to understand, implement, and maximise their NDIS plans
- Coordinate supports across In-Home Care, SIL, SDA, community participation, and day programs
- Ensure continuity and consistency of support across all service environments
- Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to ensure integrated service delivery
- Monitor budgets and ensure supports remain within NDIS funding guidelines
- Assist clients to build independence, daily living skills, and decision-making capacity




- Manage service agreements, schedules, bookings, and provider coordination
- Respond to complex needs, risks, and changes in client circumstances
- Advocate for client choice, control, and rights at all times
- Work closely with support workers, team leaders, clinicians, and families
- Prepare detailed NDIS reporting, including progress reports and plan review documentation
- Ensure reports accurately reflect outcomes, goal progression, risks, and support effectiveness
- Support crisis management and implement appropriate response strategies when required
- Provide culturally responsive support to Arabic and English speaking clients and families

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience in NDIS Support Coordination
- Strong understanding of SIL, SDA, In-Home Care, community participation, and day programs
- Demonstrated experience in NDIS reporting, including progress reports and plan review documentation
- Strong knowledge of NDIS funding, plans, and compliance requirements
- Ability to manage complex caseloads with autonomy and professionalism
- Excellent communication, organisation, and documentation skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English (preferable)
- Experience working across home, community, and accommodation-based support settings
- Strong commitment to person-centred, recovery-oriented practice
