Eat Sushi Tweed City is looking for a dedicated Sushi Chef (Full-Time) to join our busy kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing Nigiri, Maki, and Japanese hot dishes.
- Daily kitchen preparation and food safety compliance.
Requirements:
- Knowledge and experience in Japanese culinary preparation.
- Ability to cut fish and prepare fresh sashimi is highly regarded (a plus).
- Reliable, efficient, and able to work well in a fast-paced workplace.
