In a Nutshell:
As an AKG Job Coach you will be responsible for ensuring all customers on your caseload receive efficient and effective delivery of Employment Services to gain sustainable employment.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Create employment opportunities for customers
- Help clients identify strengths and secure work
- Deliver quality service to customers, employers and stakeholders
- Build customer capacity for sustainable employment
- Develop tailored job plans for each employment journey
- Build relationships with employers, training and community organisations
- Accurate and timely data entry
About You:
- Passionate about supporting customers and working with local community networks
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Experience in a performance-driven workplace
- Computer literate
Requirements:
- Full working rights in Australia
- Australian criminal history check
- Current, or willingness to obtain, Working with Children Check
- Availability Monday to Friday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm
