Support Worker Wanted – Immediate Start - Sunbury Victoria
Sukooncare is a registered NDIS provider based in Victoria, and we're looking for a warm, reliable support worker to join our team supporting participant in Sunbury
Hours: 12-15 hours per week,
Willing to do some weekends as well
Start: Immediate
What the role involves:
- Personal care and daily living support
- Meal preparation and household assistance
- Community access and accompanying participant to appointments
- Transport and shopping support
- Companionship and building genuine connections with participant
You'll need:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
- Current driver's licence
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Disability or Ageing) – Mandatory
- Current First Aid & CPR
