About the Role

We are seeking experienced Disability Support Workers, Enrolled Nurses (Ens) to support our participants requiring high intensity cares for spinal cord injuries. This role requires confident staff experienced in complex care, ASD and community care.

Key Responsibilities

· Support participant with Spinal Cord Injury / ASD

· Manual handling and hoist transfers

· High complex personal care

· Mealtime management

· Medication assistance

· Monitoring health, wellbeing and safety

· Accurate documentation and skilled communication

Essential Requirements





· Minimum 2 years experience in disability support or complex healthcare environments

· Experience supporting participants in community

· Manual handling and hoist experience

· Medication assistance competency

· NDIS Worker Screening Check

· Blue Card (Working with Children Check)

· Current First Aid & CPR

· Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle

· Ability to work within a 2:1 team support model

Highly Desirable

· Experience supporting Traumatic Brain Injury participants

· Experience implementing Spinal Cord transfers / hoisting

· High intensity disability support experience

Pay: $32.00 – $45.00 per hour
