Job Description
Are you passionate about food and creating exceptional customer experiences? We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Crew at our franchise location in Dee Why, Australia. As a vital member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service and authentic flavours to our valued guests.
- Provide warm and friendly customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare a variety of menu items, including crafting burritos and other specialities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of the restaurant
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Handle cash and card transactions with precision
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks
- Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork and a can-do attitude
- Adapt to changing priorities and maintain composure during busy periods
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Basic food preparation skills and willingness to learn new techniques
- Strong team player mentality with excellent communication skills
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification is advantageous
- Residence within 10km of Dee Why CBD preferred
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus, but not required
- Passion for food and creating memorable dining experiences
