Plus Fitness CARLINGFORD is looking for a motivated Sales Manager to drive membership growth, increase revenue, and lead a high-performing sales culture.
This is a sales-focused role where your primary responsibility is generating new memberships, converting leads, retaining members, and building relationships within the local community.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up leads via phone, SMS, email and walk-ins.
- Convert enquiries into memberships.
- Build local business and community partnerships.
- Coach staff to improve sales performance.
- Drive member retention and referrals.
- Manage club social media and local marketing.
- Maintain high club presentation standards.
- Oversee daily club operations and administration.
What We're Looking For
- Proven sales experience (fitness industry preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Target-driven with a passion for sales
