Synergie is seeking a Service Person to join a well-established quarry operation located just 20 minutes from Gladstone.

The important parts:

- 4-day roster – enjoy a great work/life balance
- $43.00 per hour with overtime opportunities available
- Home every night – no FIFO or DIDO
- Full-time hours (40 hours per week) with an immediate start available

What you will be required to do:

Working as part of the maintenance team, you will play a key role in keeping the quarry's mobile plant and equipment operating efficiently.

- Fuel mobile plant and heavy equipment
- Grease and carry out preventative maintenance on quarry machinery
- Assist the maintenance team with basic servicing tasks
- Maintain workshop cleanliness and complete general workshop duties
- Support safe and effective daily quarry operations

To be successful in the role you will:

- Have previous experience in a maintenance, mechanical, service person or similar role
- Be confident working around heavy mobile plant and mining or quarry equipment
- Able to pass pre-employment medical
- Have full working rights in Australia




- Have access to reliable transport and the ability to travel to site
- Demonstrate a positive attitude towards safety and its importance in every role
