Cafe Supervisor – XS Espresso

XS Espresso is seeking an experienced and motivated Cafe Supervisor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality skilled who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding service.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 1 years’ experience in a supervisory role within a café or hospitality setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and lead by example
- Full-time availability, including weekends
- Valid working rights in Australia

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily café operations and ensure smooth service
- Support and guide team members during shifts
- Maintain high standards of food, coffee,



and customer service
- Assist with training, rostering, and opening/closing procedures
- Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and hygiene standards
