Residential Air-Conditioning Cleaning Technician – Job Description

Overview:

The Residential Air-Conditioning Cleaning Technician is responsible for providing high-quality into people's homes. Cleaning, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting services for air-conditioning systems in private residences. This role ensures that clients’ AC units operate efficiently, safely, and hygienically with the best Air Quality possible.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform thorough cleaning of indoor and outdoor air-conditioning units, including filters, coils, vents, and drainage systems.
- Inspect AC systems to identify dirt buildup, mould, blockages, leaks, or general wear and tear.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks to improve system performance and energy efficiency.
- Advise homeowners on proper AC care, filter replacement schedules, and ways to maintain air quality.
- Document services performed and communicate clearly with clients about findings or recommended follow-up work.
- Ensure all work areas are left clean, safe, and orderly after completing service.
- Follow safety procedures and use appropriate tools, cleaning agents, and protective equipment.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required for mobile service).

Pay: $53,500.00 – $68,500.00 per year
