Position Title: Back of House

Reporting To: Franchise Partner
Primary Purpose of the Role:
The Back of House (BOH) Team Member is responsible for the preparation, production, and presentation of Brooklyn Donuts food items, including the baking, decorating, and finishing of donuts.
Key Responsibilities:
● Prepare, cook, and decorate donuts and other food products according to Brooklyn
Donuts recipes and standards.
● Ensure consistent quality, portion control, and presentation of all products.
● Maintain a clean, sanitary, and well-organised kitchen and work environment in line
with food safety regulations.
● Perform daily and weekly cleaning tasks, including equipment, utensils, and storage
areas.




● Monitor and manage kitchen stock, including rotation, usage, and waste
minimisation.
● Assist in receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring proper food handling procedures.
● Communicate effectively with the front of house team to support smooth service.
● Follow health and safety procedures and report any hazards or incidents promptly.
*pay rates are based on NSW rapid food industry award including any junior rates.
