About the role
- Data entry for both NPE and client’s systems.
- Onboarding of personnel inc. booking medicals, inductions and flights through the clients booking system.
- Assist with the collation of contractor and employee timesheets
- Compilation, filing and coordination of maintenance and production related documentation.
- Liaise with Production and Maintenance Management for collation of data for reporting.
- Preparation and generation of EOM reporting as required
- Assist the team with purchasing requirements and organisational systems, including contacting suppliers for pricing, order lead times and delivery / follow up, completion of purchase orders and receipting and associated data entry
Skills & experience
- Previous mine site experience as site administrator
- Experience with invoice approval / goods receipting
- Have a working knowledge of the Eramurra Camp accommodation process
- Epicor experience (not essential)
- Experience with contractor management systems (CMS)
