Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin, spoken and written, to assist Mandarin-speaking clients
- Must have experience in 407, 482, 494, 186 visa subclass
- Must have experience in family visa and skilled migration 491, 189 and 190
- Familiarity with case management tools such as Migration Manager, ImmiAccount, or similar software
- Assist Migration Agents in collecting documents, drafting application for skill assessment and visa applications
- Have knowledge in doing all different types of Skill Assessments requirements and documentation
- Have done different types of visa such as skilled migration, employer sponsor, family visa, training visa, etc
- Follow-up with client enquiries,



phone, and emails in timely manner
- We expect you to work predominantly from our Melbourne CBD office where clients often visit
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management and organisational skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple applications and meet tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients
- Ability to interpret and explain complex immigration processes to clients in a straightforward, clear manner
