About the Role:
Reporting to the Workshop Manager, as a Boilermaker Welder, you will be working in our Wangara Workshop supporting a variety of welding duties including STT within a strong team with a safety focussed approach. ADENCO are seeking highly experienced individuals who are open to learn and demonstrate a commitment to safe work practices.

Duties & Responsibilities:





· Accurately fabricate bespoke structural items to strict tolerances

· Safely operate various welding equipment and machinery

· Read and adhere to Fabrication Drawings

· Pre-set and straighten work pieces as required

· Commit to a ‘No Harm Culture’ and ‘Lost Time Injury’ free workplace

· Proactively report current and potential issues to the Workshop Manager.

· Safe Delivery of all aspects of the projects you work on

· Complete JHA's, take fives, hazard reports and client safety protocols.

· Ensure employees adhere to all ADENCO policies, including OHS&E; requirements and the Code of Conduct

Please apply if you meet the following criteria:

· Certificate III or IV in Engineering (Fabrication trade)

· Proficiency in GTAW, STT, FCAW, MAW and SMAW welding processes

· Piping experience in welding Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel

· Unrestricted Australian working rights & White Construction Card

· Valid Australian Drivers Licence (HR Desirable)

· Ability to pass a welding test
