We are expanding our team and are seeking motivated Nepalese and Bhutanese Sales Development Representatives who are passionate about helping their community while building a rewarding career with unlimited earning potential.

The Role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will:

- Contact prospective clients within the Nepalese and Bhutanese communities.
- Generate qualified leads for migration, education, and recruitment services.
- Book consultations with our registered migration team.
- Follow up with enquiries and guide clients through the sales process.
- Build long-term relationships within your community.
- Update client information using our CRM system.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

This is a commission-only role, making it ideal for confident, ambitious individuals who enjoy sales and want flexibility while working remotely.

What We're Looking For

- Nepalese or Bhutanese background with strong community connections.
- Fluent in English and preferably Nepali and/or Dzongkha.
- Previous experience in sales,



customer service, telesales, business development, or appointment setting is highly regarded.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Experience in migration, education, recruitment, or financial services is an advantage but not essential.
